Cori Moschberger, LCSW, Owner/Consultant, Integrated Advising Services

Join us for an interactive workshop that will focus on the essential components and best practices in HR management needed in hiring and retaining a quality workforce. Understand the importance of providing meaningful feedback and gain tools to provide feedback as part of an overall management strategy. Learn how to transform average employees to high-performing employees by leading performance planning sessions at regular intervals, which will ultimately lead to accurate and effective performance appraisals. This session is for executive directors, HR managers, and anyone in management.

Speaker Bio
Cori Moschberger specializes in the not-for-profit segment and her experience includes administration, team building and training, counseling, and mentoring. Having successfully led her own staff as an Executive Director of a not-for-profit in Chicago, Cori brings to clients the real-world "know-how" needed to effectively mentor and manage employees and teams.

She is a highly regarded trainer in the field of health education and has presented extensively across the United States. Among her many professional accomplishments, she was awarded grants totaling $1,000,000 annually to develop a comprehensive prevention program for Chicago area schools.

Cori holds a MA Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
